
Prioritize taking care of and getting to know yourself in college- you don’t have to ‘prove’ you belong. Tust in yourself and your capabilities, try your best, and everything will fall into place.

I almost didn’t apply to umich because I was doubtful I would get in- and even if I did get in, I knew I would have no idea what I was doing. I’m so glad I took the risk and applied, because now I get to attend a world-renowned university. Not everything has went perfectly, but I figured it out, and I’m very grateful for my journey thus far.
